Ramp up to C&B 2004

April 2004

COMFIRMED: 1st Camp and Brew representative (TommyD.) will visit Wed, May 12th - Coke Lot Site survey, T-Loin sampling, initial track and car inspections will be completed.

Phase two commences Pole Day weekend when Glenn arrives via commercial air from Denver - His time is limited and autographs will NOT be available from him - His tasks include beer tasting, Gasoline Alley and Team Liaison functions.

As usual, Jimmy D. (slacker) will not come to the Midwest until May 23rd

Newest Member Scott is compiling his schedule and lists of tasks; He should be reporting in soon!

May 14--A second RV has been acquired for this year's festivities!
Many of the visitors from last year will remember the spectacular smoked meat that our friends at Chez Bubba cooked up on Saturday evening. We are extremely pleased to announce that Chez Bubba's fine smoked meats will again be served at or near the C&B compound!! In appreciation for their fine food, they will be requesting a small donation to benefit Brian's Wish.

Here is the latest picture of the supplies on hand at the Camp and Brew Depot in Ohio

Woody and Splinter will definitely be at the 2004 Camp and Brew!!

We're happy to announce our first two corporate sponsors who help bring you our first souvenir cups!

In other late breaking news, C&B has invested in their own jockey box to keep the brew cold in 2004! A jockey box basically is a keg tapping, cooling, and pouring system that we are extremely excited to use! Click on the pictures on the left to see larger versions of our latest "toy"!

We are extremely anxious to break this in with several fresh kegs of Coors Light this May!

These race fans invite anyone to stop by and hoist a brew with them and talk about racing or enjoy the sights and sounds of the "festivities" surrounding this event.
